I used PetFlow for over a year and I had very good shopping experience until. You started using a no name delivery service and it was never on time or delivered to the wrong house, they would mark it as delivered when I watched it online but it wasn't here. I found out he would do that because I happened to live on his way home so he would mark it read way before it was delivered. The other amazing customer service a competitor does is, if you call them and tell them your pet wont eat the case of food they will refund your money and tell you to give it away to a shelter or a friend. Many times I called PetFlow because I have a picky dog and they so to bad nothing we can do. That is when I left and the prices are better elsewhere.

I have bought from another company that does autoship and they send an email reminding you of your upcoming shipment so that you can add or change it. This company just ships it. While that might work for most people, I don't always gauge how much my dogs eat and whether I need another $50 bag of dog food at the moment. Also, you can't cancel your autoship without contacting the company. That should happen with a click, not a phone call. In my opinion, that's not the best. So, while they do deliver in a timely fashion and their prices are competitive, I think there are better companies out there to buy from.

Two times my orders were delayed, never received a call or an email, I had to call to find out the status of my order. Both times I ordered food well in advance, but ran out and had to purchase at another store. That is not good follow up. I should have been notified.

Ordering the product was easy, but delivery was two days late.

Tried to cancel my auto-ship order and I was forced to speak to a customer service representative. They say, "You can cancel anytime," but it was not as easy as it should have been, I spent ten minutes on the phone trying to persuade the representative to allow me to cancel my order. I was very frustrated and felt as though the advertised "Commitment Free" was not so accurate! Will not return to purchasing from PetFlow!

The web site does not allow for the account holder to manipulate orders in process.

I had no communication regarding receipt of order, delivery, etc. also, previously used Chewy and their orders came faster.

I placed my very first order mid day on a Friday. received the generic order confirmation with the information that my order would not start shipping until Monday. At which point I didn't receive it until the following Friday. Disappointed in their claim of 3 day shipping.
