GOING DOWNHILL! Petflow is usually on the ball with orders and deliverys. However lately I’m not sure what is happening. On auto ship: One recent order I got the totally wrong order. The last order I was supposed to get “got lost” And had to be reordered, that was supposed to be her by the next day but didn’t show up for two days. I had to go out and purchase more food!

Delivery time has improved since my first order. Easy online ordering.

I would like it if you had dasuquin for my dog.

The best part is my canned cat food was packaged in an appropriately sized box so it wasn't damaged when it got to me.

Service was fast. Overall we were really happy. The only issue we had was one of our bags of dog food opened in the box which was a bit of a mess. Other than that, everything was great. We will definitely use Petflow again.

In general, nice website to shop at for my kitty. However, one time, the litter that I got was bursted in the box, and it made a mess within. Also, the website is not very user friendly. The layout can be better.

I have used Pet Flow for my dog food shipments for at least 3 years (Origen) and had no problems and good scheduled service.
