I enjoy savings on my pets food and do not want automatic reorder so why not offer us the same savings and let us reorder when we need to.

This recent order is taking entirely too long to arrive. Ran out of dog food and had to drive 70 miles one way to purchase a bag. Think this will be my last order with Perflow.

Food i ordered was out of stock. Needed to wait 5 days longer to receive the bag of dry catfood. Delivered from another facility across the country

It was great until I wanted to change or cancel an order. It wouldn't let me or I kept saying congratulations all you need is $15 to complete your request. Annoying.

The only downside was the time it took for my order. 4 delivery days from date of purchase (to California). The box also came without an order summary or any type of contact information etc. which I like to have incase of a mistake in the order.

This particular shipment was packed poorly. One of the bottles of fishoil leaked. I called and they are sending me a replacement bottle. That is good but it should never have happened in the first place. Otherwise their service and products are good.

Promised hipping times longer than competitors but delivery came earlier. Prices competitive on some items but not on others.

Shipped order quickly, but it was missing the dog food I ordered. The order came in a small envelope with the other things I ordered, along with a packing slip of the completed order, which was not so complete. Customer service mailed out the dog food right away, but still annoying to have to call and sort out.
