I needed a specific type of dog food and petflow had it at the lowest price. Ordering had a mildly annoying hiccup, but okay. The packaged arrived a few days later, which was nice. The bag of dog food was very beat up and had an obvious gaping hole. There were scratch marks around the hole - possibly rats? The condition of the bag was so obviously questionable but they sent it to me anyways - I don't find that to be an acceptable business practice. I probably won't be buying from petflow again.

I tried to place an order with PetFlow a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, they never processed it. The only thing I can think of is this: they seem to be big on auto ordering, which does not accommodate me. After refusing a variety of prompts encouraging me to commit to a monthly shipment schedule, I thought I had gotten my one order through. However such was not the case. The next day when I realized I had not received a confirmation, I went back into PetFlow and found no order. I'm sure they are a great option for customers who want monthly shipments but for people like me who cannot commit to that much dog food, it's not a good option.

My order was delayed four days and when delivered, the shampoo I ordered had spilled due to a loose cap and improper packaging. ANY LIQUIDS SHOULD BE WRAPPED SEPARATELY TO AVOID SPILLS DURING SHIPMENT AND RUINING THE REST OF THE SHIPMENT. I was unable to use the 20lbs of pet food and had a shampoo product that had spilled 3/4 of the content! I am still SO ANGRY about the entire first time experience that I would NEVER RECOMMEND this company to ANYONE!

I don't even want to go into all that. I contacted petflow with the complaint and thus far you have ignored it. It's a long story to type out. Bottom line is I will never purchase ANYTHING from petflow again and I would not recommend petslow to anyone. It was a horrible first experience.

I PLACED AN ORDER FOR 2 BAGS OF DOG FOOD AND CHEW STICKS. I RECEIVED ONE BAG OF FOOD IN 5 DAYS, THE CHEW TREATS 5 DAYS LATER (5 STICKS THROWN IN A LARGE BOX) AND I STILL HAVE YET TO RECEIVE THE OTHER BAG OF FOOD AND ITS BEEN OVER 16 DAYS.

The picture showed that I was purchasing a box, but they were individually wrapped. I thought the deal was too good to be true.

My package was 2 boxes of flea and tick preventative (costing over $135) packaged in a padded envelope. It was shipped via FedEx. It was delivered to my garage door (in the driveway) instead of my front door. When I found it, the envelope was ripped open, the boxes inside were both smashed flat, and the contents were strewn all over inside the envelope. I filed a complaint with FedEx, who said that it was the fault of the shipper and improper packaging. Not acceptable for such an expensive item.

My cat, Gizmo, loved this product. But within a week of having it, the pump stopped working. Gizmo is very sad :(
