I have ordered twice from PetFlow. The first order arrived in one day, free shipping. I was very happy with that delivery. That did not happen with the second order though. I ordered just before Labor day week end and did not receive my order until the next Wednesday. Could have been due to the holiday, but they had plenty of time to ship before the week end. Also I did not understand about the discount (Free Treats) they were offering and missed out on that, but was probably my fault not understanding and they did give me 10% off on the $9.99 treats that I ordered. I will order again from them because I feed my dog Fromms and Chewy doesn't carry any more and I do like to have the food delivered to my door. Hopefully the next delivery will be like my first.

I love the prices and convenience of this company, but the online ordering site is not the most user friendly. It could use some work.

I just wish the shipping the product would take less time. Something it take a week after I order it. Thank you.

Sending too many emails but customer service seems first rate.

Petflow has a good variety of products and sends them out rapidly. I did have trouble using the re-order feature in combination with another order. I had to log in and then start over, without the re-order link.

Great dog food, dog loves it. Frustrating that the 15% specials seem to only come just after I’ve just bought a large bag.

Petflow has been excellent to me when it comes to finding the food I want for my cats, and for allowing me flexibility to change my autoship orders as I choose. Cats tend to change their taste, so I find myself varying their menu to appeal to their palate, very annoying, but Petflow, not only charges less for autoshipping, but is always helpful and polite when I call changing my order, either the content or the date of shipment. I appreciate this quality, and recommend them to those people who have lost their patience with Chewy.com.
