Took a week plus to find out, after PetFlow sent an email saying our shipment was being shipped, the shipment was NEVER shipped. Had to call AND text to finally get something done.

Ordered the 7 inch bones and got 11 bones that were about 4 inch long , ripped off!!!

They said it was in stock, after it didn't show, I had to call 3 times over the course of a week to get them to tell me it wasn't.

Received two orders when I only wanted one. Now I have four bags of dog food.

Order never came. Took my contacting you 2 times before I got a response that the ordered product was out if stock.

Took to long to arrive. 10 days. Order wasn't shipped for 2 days. It was shipped from somewhere in the west and I'm close to the east coast. Pre covid orders arrived in 2 days. Last order before this one took 4 or 5 days. I can live with that. Those orders were shipped from somewhere on the east coast. I will be looking for a company that ships more locally. And they are available. It's sad to break up. I use to recommend you to new puppy owners, but not anymore. $10 in free toys and treats was a nice touch but 10 days shipping is to long.

It took from April 4,2021 to April 14,2021(10 days)to receive a shipment of dog food. Product was shipped to California from New Jersey. It spent 5 days in California. This is totally unacceptable. First shipment, I received within 48 hours from Las Vegas. Your major competitor delivers within 48 hours. Your company needs to do much better.

No comparison between Chewy.com and PetFlow concerning C.S. and Shipping. Petflow never answered on C.S. and forget about shipping.
