Great selection of hard to find brands of dog food. Good customer service. Would like to see a wider selection of supplements.

The product was fine and arrived on schedule, though the scheduled time in transit was quite long given the short distance. The only thing that keeps me from hitting that 5th star is the tracking service that petflow’s tracking info directs to even when clicking directly on the tracking number. Services like that, in my experience, are sometimes used to mask slow processing or to prevent the buyer from discerning the actual origin of the shipment. It seems deceptive. They make it difficult to track via the actual shipping service, especially from a mobile device. I prefer transparency from the companies I deal with.

Recently began using Petflow for my dog food. Food is delivered very quickly for free! Prices are very competitive. The only negative I can say is the website pushes customers too hard to do subscriptions. I appreciate being offered the option but it should only be done once and you should respect my decision to not want to do it the first time. It’s off-putting.

They have a great selection. All the things my previous online animal food supplier had, plus the one brand of dog and cat food that my pets actually like. Their shipping was very fast, and free after adding just two bags of food, but I usually order three or more at a time. I'll stick with them as long as they continue to carry NutriSource. Wish they had a few more discounts, premium dog food is not cheap.

I absolutely love the new food. Thankful I found your site. Packaging could be a little sturdier for the large bag of dog food.

Great company! Good product availability, pretty fast shipping. I haven't had any serious complaints. My only real annoyance thus far has been the inability to cancel autoship orders without calling customer service. I don't like the inconvenience and I can't see any legitimate reason for it. Other companies make using autoship much more user friendly.
