It is very upsetting that PetFlow has a relationship with a Pet Store in Janesville, WI that sell puppy mill puppies. I have contacted PetFlow about this at least 20 times and nothing is done.

The only thing I'm unhappy with is, the layout of autoshipment. It's harder to navigate and see what products you have. Chewy's is better. And you can't cancel autoship without calling and talking to someone. It's like nutri system, they want to guilt you into staying. At least with chewy you can cancel and then make new one's all the time. I use petflow only because I need Fromm food.

Product was as described, with very fast delivery. Received before shipping said it would.

Started out great. Like the product. It was just what we asked for. Looking forward to working with this company.

Web site doesn't work on phone. Ok on computer. Always end up calling in order. And Acana is never discounted. Service is great. Purchases magically appear on porch in a day or two.

My only disappointment has been the dog food I have been buying showed not available so I had to order it from another company.

Product variety is good. Prices are competitive. Packaging and shipping time could be improved a little. Haven't dealt with customer service yet so can't comment on that.
