Products seem fine, but as a former Chewy.com customer I was pretty disappointed in the shipping speed, or lack thereof. I guess I have really been spoiled by free two-day shipping when using auto ship these past years. I will continue to buy occasionally from Petflow, when items aren't available from two-day shippers, like Amazon. I would recommend Petflow to those who can wait a week for delivery of ordered products.

Prices of food were comparable to other vendors but the sales tax plus shipping was too much for me.

while i am very happy to be able to get my Fromm puppy for large breed dogs at Petflow for the same price and free shipping as i did at Chewy i receive several emails weekly promising 15% discounts (on my autoship). so my 2nd order i entered the code, not knowing it was for autoship. i ordered my Fromm puppy and a couple treats and toys. at checkout i noticed there was questions on how often i wanted my autoship. i was confused so i did a live chat and said i didnt want to autoship the toys. i was told it was for the food. i said that chewy wouldnt give discounts for Fromm because it was a policy of Fromm. after a few minutes i was told that i was using an outdated code and that i couldnt get a Fromm discount. now i just started ordering from Petflow 3 weeks prior and was only just now getting emails from them so it was frustrating that i was being enticed with discounts that were "outdated" i politely asked if i should remove the code and was told to do so. since then i have received 3 or 4 new emails with the same 15% promised discount. at Chewy because Fromm doesnt approve of discounting their foods, which i am completely comfortable with, they offered a free bag after your 12th purchase. i personally believe that Chewy probably pays for that bag out of pocket as a kindness to company loyalty. i mentioned this to the person on chat at Petflow and she said she would bring it to the attention because there have been several of us Fromm loyalty that have requested this. i have passed this rating email up several times because im disappointed at the misleading promise of a discount and my gracious offer to remove the code. but again this morning i looked at my email and saw the 15% discount and the rating emails next to each other and decided it was appropriate to let the people know. DONT BELIEVE THE DISCOUNT EMAILS FROM PETFLOW IF YOU ARE FROMM LOYAL!!! maybe i shouldve led with that but most people wont read all of this long review. im hoping someone from Petflow reads this and reaches out to me. if i dont hear back from Petflow and/or i continue to get these misleading discount promises i will go back to Fromm to find another online company to get my food from. as a note, i wrote a couple emails to Petflow explaining my special circumstances and that i did follow Fromm from Chewy and that i am Fromm loyal and will be Petflow loyal as long as they keep Fromm. so there is absolutely no reason i should be receiving these discount emails. i am not a special Fromm customer i am only a new customer and my account is generic.

email response was very timely. I was informed of delay. I still didn't expect to wait a week for delivery. Chewy is faster.

Too many product e.mails generally. Very cavalier attitude when the prescription diet I needed wasn't available.

The product is great and I like the free shipping but the wait time was terrible for the dog food. They sent us an email a few days after we ordered to let us know that the food was coming from farther so it would take longer. I needed to know that at ordering so I could have found it somewhere else. I had to find substitute food in the mean time and it didn't go well
