Shady company! I placed an order 2 weeks ago and now they tell me it’s went out of stock AFTER I placed my order. This company is worthless and possibly fraudulent.

The beef blue Buffalo dog food arrived in a box with many of the cans dented the rest of the items in the same box were not affected or broken which has me believing the cans were already dented beforehand and were sent to me dented

I ordered prescription food for my pet and despite claiming fast service they let my order sit for days without contacting my vet to verify the prescription. They claimed they made numerous attempts to contact my vet but when I contacted my vet they had received NOTHING from Petflow and Petflow could not send me verification of their attempts. After My vet contacted them they said they’d put in a request that would take another week for shipping confirmation. Don’t waste your time like I did.

I had ordered my items on 4/19/21 items I’d not arrive until 5/1/21.

Poor online retailer. Advertised an item in stock when in reality it was not. Not a good way to do business.

Would not recommend PetFlow. I ordered food, which the website said was available, never got it and called them. They said they emailed me saying they were out of stock. I never got an email and their website should be up to date! Will not use PetFlow again!

I won’t buy pet food from this company again, as they sent me expired product. I was promptly refunded my cost when I complained, but it never should have happened. They’ve lost a customer.

they still haven't found my cats food and when I called the first time the lady who took my call acted as if I was bothering her. Then when I called back the gentleman was polite enough and wanted to send another order I said no. The reason is this is not the first time FEDEX and messed up an order.
