When I realized that I had failed to cancel a recurring subscription, they were wonderful to assist me and make this process easy. The customer service folks went "above and beyond" and were quick to assist me at this busy time of year. I will not forget their great customer service and continue placing orders with them!!!

I find myself without a car lately and it’s hard to shop for dog food and lug it home on the bus. So, I started ordering it online for delivery. The first time I ordered from Petflow, it took about a week or maybe even slightly longer to arrive. I was disappointed because I was counting on having it and ended up having to buy another bag to tide us over. I wrote that in a review. And lo and behold, they heard my complaint and fixed it completely. This time my dog food came in about a day or maybe two at most. Really fast! And the food itself is great— a higher quality than is available locally. Both me and my dogs are thrilled. And then I ordered some kitty litter and that came in a day or two, also. They had way better choices than my local store. I’m a happy customer and so are my four-leggeds. We will order from Petflow again! Thanks for hearing our initial complaint and totally fixing the issue.
