You carry the products that I need and deliver in a timely manner. I just wish that you would offer coupon codes for the products that I "currently purchase". I feel I am a valuable customer as I have $325.00 of dog food on continuous monthly reorder. I am offered no coupons or discounts for the products I order. (Considering closing account and moving to another company for this reason.) FYI; I have two male English Mastiffs, one is 18 months and the other is 4 months old and the eat a LOT of food! They are both on a strict diet because of their breed and size so other brands and treats are not acceptable. I'm very care of what I feed my giant boys!

I wanted to order two buckets of Nupro silver, one for myself and one as a gift. I was unable to add a second address for shipping, so I called customer service. I had to make two separate orders. On my first order I received a new customer discount, and the second I didn’t because I was no longer a new customer. I received my item quickly

Easy to find ever thing i need good prices.

ordering and delivery were great, as always! upon opening the box though, the dog food bag had holes and some of the food was coming out. this was the first time this has ever happened.

This would be 5 stars for the excellent customer service if it weren’t for the initial reason for the contact, which is repeatedly receiving damaged cans in my order despite the caveat always printed on my label: FRAGILE HANDLE WITH CARE! That said, the inconvenience was amply off-set by the very customer-friendly attitude of Petflow.

Shipping is slow compared to chewy

Purchased from Petflow because Nutrisource can only be purchased from a limited amount of stores, none of which are in my immediate area. Although more expensive then where I typically purchase it, it saved me hours, and my cat had his food. Purchasing was easy and the shipment at my door the very next day.
