The food arrived on time but some of the cans were dented and open and by the time we got home to retrieve it there were maggots crawling all over the open cans. Petflow did reimburse us right away. Then we noticed that one of the dry food bags had a slash in it. Conclusions is that who ever packed the food for transport didn't put enough protective material with the shipment. Reluctant to order from Petflow again.

Over-all I have always loved PetFlow and their products.... I recently received an order, that I thought I would not get (nor did I really want it) because I knew that my card had expired and I was just going to let it run out and stop the auto ships.... PetFlow even e-mailed me that my card was expiring, BUT I never authorized the new expiration date but my bank did.... I wasn't happy that this happen, so after finally getting to the bottom of everything PetFlow was not at fault but my bank was, But I wish they would have let me know all of this yesterday when I called in asking why I got a shipment on what I thought was an expired card..... Long story short folks... If you are using your bank card make sure they don't give out automatic renewal (expiration dates) to companies you may no longer want to use. To PetFlow, thank you for helping me get to the bottom of this mess.

Shipping is fast and prices are reasonable. My last package of food arrived quickly, but the box was torn open and the bag of food was exposed. Not very happy with the quality of packaging.

Everything is ok except the shipping boxes,-- weak and arrive not intact --- get a stronger shipping box ---

They keep advertising the same specials of 5% off or 10% off for autoship. It would be nice to see them be a bit more creative and also to give customer loyalty points.

I have two orders in process. One I received and everything is fine. The other has not been received and not sure of status. I got an email it was shipping from NJ, but nothing after that and that was 3 days ago.
