I understand that every business needs to reach their target audience, but good God... Beginning the day after I signed up and placed my first order with Petflow, I began getting more spam / advertisements from them than ANY other retailer I've done business with. It was pretty obnoxious. Including my order e-mails, I believe the tally was 15 e-mails in 11/12 days? Really soured my feelings about them. May order again, but most annoying marketing ever!

I've ordered from PetFlow twice for a lab/pit mix. I shopped their super sale page. I bought roughly $40 total both times. The shipment on the first order was SLOW. The second one actually came in 2 days after ordering. However, I doubt I'll be buying from them again for two reasons: 1) Amazon usually has the same item at the same price and I don't get charged for shipping. Also, the items I have bought have been extremely small (bones, treat bag, toys). With a large breed dog, smaller toys can be dangerous. I'd only buy again if it was a screaming deal and I knew exactly what the item was.

I get dented cans regularly from PetFlow. They're so badly deformed by the damage that they can't be opened, so it's $3 wasted per can. I get on the average of 2-3 dented cans per case, so that's $6-$9 per order, down the drain.

I decided to give Petflow a chance when I needed to reorder my 10mo. GSDs specialty dog food. The site indicated super fast shipping and I had about a weeks worth left of chow for her-the same timeframe I reorder with the other company I had been using. I was shocked to receive an email notification 2 days later that her chow had been shipped but would arrive 8 days later. I didn't have 10 days of chow left so I had to scramble. I went to my local feed store and they set me up with a new premium chow that met her special dietary restrictions and was actually less $...and only 2 minutes away. Of course, as soon as we transfer her over to the new chow our order finally arrives. Now I have 30# of chow I can never use. Thanks PetFlow for the super slow delivery. I could have walked to get it and been back faster. I will never order from them again. Moral of the story: shop LOCAL!

part of my shipment was left out, but the disappointing part was that there was no notice in with the delivery or via email....and I never miss an email. I had to call and inquire and then after I was apologized to, a friend who also had a delivery sent to the wrong place I might add told them of my plight and they lied and told her I received an email...I did not!

Ordered four bags of dog food, took 10 business days to ship the product. Email customer service several times and was told the product would ship soon but it was still delayed. Instead of getting a discount from their website, I ran out of food and was forced to pay full price at a local pet store. Product finally shipped that day. Used Petflow several times, this is a first time problem. normally excellent and fast service service.

We placed an order Aug 30, 2014 and now it is Sept 11, 2014 but we still have not received our dog food. We placed the order with PetFlow solely for the reason of quick service. We now realize when could have gotten it much quicker elsewhere. They reported first one error on their part and then another.

Ordered a 30 pound bag of dog with lots of bully treats with standard shipping. I called the company and inquired and the rep said there was a unknown shipping delay even after I paid for it two weeks back. I was disappointed and surprised. Oh well, I guess this company is not looking for repeat customers. I would recommend a freebee or even a significant discount to show customer satisfaction on my next purchase. After all.. I am the vine that produces grapes for satisfaction. I hope the company follows through.
