The auto ship page is not completely user friendly. Cannot request a "ship now" and keep regular schedule or move forward. When changing quantities on auto ship, it changes all when only one auto ship needs to be changed.

The packaging and product was great. However my first order took over a week to arrive. I ordered again before I had received first order. The first order came in the next day, and my second order arrived promptly as well. Hoping the long wait on my first order was out of the ordinary!

I love pet flow, they are consistent with autoship, always on time but I've noticed that another pet store's items are less expensive.

Love the service but read the special offer terms carefully to avoid disappointment.

My first order from Petflow. The delivery was a bit slow, and the dog food bag was sliced open and there was food loose in the box.

Nice product but terrible shipping. It took longer than normal to arrive. I tracked it and the postman had left my 30lb bag of dog food at the back door instead of the front door. No clue why. But, it set out in 100+ degree weather for 4 days. I also did the refer a friend and had to make 3 calls before they credited my account for the $10. They kept blaming the software program they use with their emails. That's fine but as a customer I resented having to call repeatedly for something so simple.

Really like the fast shipping from PetFlow, but the last 3 bags of Fromms Four Star Dog Food I purchased have had either holes in the bags or the seal was broken on the top. Either way not so good for keeping it fresh. Hopefully my next bag will be sealed

I always received the can food with a can or two damaged do to poor packing. Love the service of having my dog food delivered!
