It is very difficult to get to my account. Then when I find it, it's hard to figure out. I made some changes to my order, but had no idea if the changes stuck. When you click on an item, the sign-in page comes up and then in about a second, the item clicked on wil pop up. Al in all, not very user friendly. I'm thinking about canceling with you and going to Chewy.com. Their system is much more user friendly.

I switched to PefFlow from Chewy. Chewy has excellent customer service and I hated to leave them but they no longer carry Fromm. I've ordered twice from PetFlow now. The first shipment came and the box was packed over capacity. It was busting at the seams and the shampoo I had ordered was leaking. The second order seemed to have a much slower shipping. I ordered on a Saturday and it didn't arrive till Thursday. I'm not 100% sold on PetFlow just yet but at least I can get the pet food I prefer there.

Everything had been fine thus far but then I was sent the wrong order and my dog was out of food at this point because I knew the food was coming that day. They told me there was nothing they could do about it and I had to send back the food they sent me or pay for half of it plus what I already purchased. I live in a small town with no where else to buy dog food. Let's just say it was a long drive and hungry pup.I have never had a company tell me to send back or have to pay for it when it was their mistake. Never again.

From the time I place my order to getting my delivery is consistenly slow. I often get an email that my shipment is coming from a different warehouse and thus will be late. Chewy.com is much faster.

I did like the timely manner the food arrived . However the price went up on the food I liked zignature and it was almost even with what I could get at my local store :( Also I had asked my credit card info be destroyed online . This I had asked repeatedly to do and it was not . This was the deal breaker for me . Otherwise I did like them .

Very glad to have a place to buy Fromm at a reasonable price including free shipping and delivered to my door! There are only two drawbacks. The first is that delivery time with my former company was incredibly fast and I appreciated that convenience. It isn’t bad to wait 4 days, but I got spoiled on the 1-2 day delivery. The second is that there isn’t a great variety of items such as dog jackets and other supplies. This makes it difficult to achieve the $49 Requirement for free shipping. Still, very happy to have this way to have Fromm delivery! Thanks!
