I had issues getting my food because the billing zip was incorrect so it delayed me getting my food by a little over a week but I did receive.

Good prices and quick shipping My issue with PetFlow is their auto ship program. Once you setup an item for auto ship you cannot cancel it yourself with out contacting them. Though they were quick to respond to canceling the auto ship, customers should be able to cancel without contacting customer service. I understand their reasons, but do not agree with them. The previous company I ordered from had their auto ship set up so that you could cancel it yourself at anytime. If it wasn't for the fact that the other company doesn't sell Fromm anymore I probably wouldn't order from here.

food came expired. then when they replaced it it took over a week.

I am disabled so really like the idea of having pet food delivered to my home but I have had a hard time cancelling items that were arriving too often. Peflow sent me a return label so that I could send back the unwanted items but I never got credited for the items returned. The people on the phone have always been nice though. Right now my CC has expired and I am considering not sending them a new one. We'll see.

Good service, inventory is fresh, but they send out misleading emails to catch your eye. Always a catch.

I switched to PetFlow after Chewy stopped selling Fromm dog food. Unfortunately, PetFlow is no Chewy... Every package I receive from PetFlow has nearly fallen apart by the time it arrives at my doorstep. The undersized box is poorly sealed and torn in several places, exposing some of the dog food bag. I would give another star or two if they could improve their packaging.

Prices are good and shipping free is great; however, this Company lags behind Chewy.com in getting their orders to their customers. Speed up the delivery! It is important that our dogs eat!!!
