Very fast shipping !!

I love this website! The proces and selection are awesome! So is the customer service. My only suggestion is to have an app for this store because sometimes the mobile site isnt automatically optimized on my android phones, and that is frustrating.

Great! Just wasn’t as fast a shipping as I thought so my dog was literally down to his last meal before the shipment arrived. 😂

Food quality is great but I would check to make sure you have a secure checkout. My credit card was hacked one day after making a purchase on your website.

The service is quick but I usually any where from 5 to 10 bent cans.

Stop asking me to signup for email notifications when I first open your site and stop asking me to signup for automatic reorder everytime. I would love to go to petflow, click a reorder the last order, OK the order and logoff. That’s how my Peet’s coffee online ordering works.

Great service, quick delivery. What an easy way to get quality pet items delivered to me door. So, why does PetFlow have to ruin it by sending promotional email blasts almost daily? I'm a believer, so why browbeat me with constant emails? I have called the PetFlow line and requested to be removed from the email list except for my orders, and was told that this would happen, but the emails keep coming. Honestly, it makes me want to find another supplier.
