Shipped my pet food to my old address in the wrong state... almost out of food... bummer.....

Time to ship out order was too long.

Got what I ordered. Arrived on time, but one bag of food was all dirty like it had been slid on both sides on a dusty warehouse floor. I had to wipe it off with a damp rag. Never happened on previous orders.

I am more inclined to walk in and pay more locally because petflow is absolutely disgusting in its over-marketing, for my taste. In addition, use of the site is not intuitive and I am not even seeing a way to discontinue my auto-delivery, so will have to call. Apparently calls are only accepted during business hours. I loved Chewy SO much; I only tried PetFlow because I feed Orijen and chewy can no longer supply it.

I ordered two products, paid for two products, but only one item was in the package. Customer service refunded the money, but a 50% order fulfillment rate on our first, very simple, order is disappointing.

This was my first time Ordering from them. They indicated that there would be a $10 off coupon for your first order I kept putting it in the area but it would never take it I had to order it because I needed the dog food but I don’t know why it wouldn’t take it. They did ship pretty fast but not sure if I order again or not. When you spend that much on dog food every little bit helps.

I didnt receive the free Kong I entered the promo code for....?

Entered in a code for a free kong toy, never received the toy. Emailed customer service and they said they can honor it with my next purchase. My next purchase was going to be when there was another promotion. I guess I can't get the free kong with another promotion.
