I ordered prescription dog food, it said 1-2 days to get the script approved...I ordered on Sat. by tues I called and the rep said he would check on it and email me the update, I didn't hear back til wed morning that it still wasn't approved, I called my vet and within an hr it was approved. they then shipped the food I think on thurs or fri. we didn't get it til the following tues. I had to go to my vet to buy another bag because we ran out on Monday. very frustrated because petflow says 2 day shipping. didn't say they weren't there on the weekends and such a hassle to approve a script for the food.

The price was good and the delivery for the first order of Stella and Chewy freeze dried chicken was fast. It immediately went on back order. I switched to the beef, trying to wait out the back order. Again-delivery was fast. And again-this product immediately went on back order. Does this happen often?

I was really disappointed with the experience. First, I didn't realize until after the order was placed, that the price was really unreasonable- it was almost $10 more than other stores, and about $8 more that other online stores. Secondly, after I placed the order, the message said that it would be sent out out for delivery the next day. Well, I didn't receive it for over a week! If I had known that it would take that long, I may have decided to go another route..but having an unreal expectation based on information from the website was really irritating. I have used other delivery services before, and I guess I will go back to using them. :-(

I didn't have a great experience. I used a coupon that a friend gave to me. Although the website accepted my coupon, I learned later PetFlow did not want to honor it. Instead of notifying me or cancelling my order, they charged the full amount and sent my package off. This was not a couple of dollars, but 20% of my purchase price! When I wrote to complain, they were courteous and fast to respond. They offered me PetFlow credit when I insisted on a cash refund. As if I want more money to spend with a untrustworthy retailer. Additionally, it took 3 more courteous back and forth emails to cancel their auto-ship service - again, this should have been an option that I can select on their site (it is an option, but it just directs you to email or call them.)

While the rug SHOULD do what's advertised, it doesn't stay in place when dogs run over it. It goes sliding all over the floor. It's kind of a pain to keep putting it back where it belongs.

It took over 10 days for my order to get approved and then shipped out. When I did receive it I was shipped only one bag of cat food but ordered and paid for 4 bags and my credit card was charge for 4 bags. Not resolved yet either.

Petflow looks promising but misses the target. I posted a coupon for an order and the system showed me my discounted price but after approval they charged me full price. I contacted support and they said the coupon was for a subscription only - "Why didn't it tell me before I hit purchase?". So in short it has flaws. Support had to see by now I was disappointed. Did they offer a discount perhaps not as low as the coupon but less than retail for my trouble? No. Did I cancel the order and stop using them? Yes. I have started to use Chewy.com instead now.

I found their website and saw that they were having a pretty good deal with a certain percentage off for 15 min. So I was putting together my order and inside of 15 min., the deal disappeared. I wasn't thrilled about this....seems a bit like false advertising to me. But, I went ahead with my order anyway since I wanted the cat food. But then I waited and waited for my order to ship and finally after two weeks I finally called and found out that they couldn't get a hold of my vet for the authorization so they just sat on it. It would have been nice if they had contacted me and let me know this information but they didn't and I found myself scrambling to get the food elsewhere since after this amount of time, was running low. I was able to cancel the order but will not be using this website again when there are other people that are easier to deal with.
