Box of canned food showed up a little damaged but that may be the shipping co but should be packaged better because we all know how fed x and up,s is.

The prices are a bit higher on some products. No problem with customer service. Website for autoship is a bit of a hassel. Shipping is often longer than expected.

Very minor inconvenience keeps this from a five-star rating. Ordered on Wednesday to get dog food on Friday. Chewy always made it. The last order of Fromm did not, so I needed to go to my shipping location on a Saturday. Again, very minor issue.

Love the fast delivery. I wish it was possible to have a few different flavors in a case of preferred can dog food from the same manufacturer through Pet Flow, I have a picky Diabetic dog and switching flavor seem to help hold his interest in eating, and eating is extremely important for a diabetic dog to have insulin.

Great delivery service! Very quick and reliable with autoship. My only complaint is that they never offer coupons for the type of dog food we buy. Wish they did

Found product not available anywhere fast shipping would be 5 stars but shipped piggy sticks that smell strong in a Jiffy bag and UPS left on porch dog ate 1 whole package of two shipped should change packaging to box not easily ripped by dog 🐕
