I struggled finding the special rx food I needed for my dog after she spent two nights at the Emergency Vet. They recommended this food. I searched several website that told me immediately they were out of stock. Then I was excited to find your website and was able to order. Then Over a WEEk later I get an email telling me you are out of stock. My order was cancelled. What exactly do you not understand about the need for RX food and the urgency in having it shipped? I was told it was cancelled when it should have already been delivered!!! Now I’m still waiting on a shipment from somewhere else that is due tomorrow. I guess your company doesn’t understand how urgent it is to be able to actually feed my dog!!

You canceled my order after first telling me you had the product in stock. Not very good business practice.

Placed order and went through. Then I received a voicemail saying that they needed my credit card info again. I reached out on 2 or 3 occasions via text to try to resolve the issue. Last text said that I’d be receiving a call which I never did. Wasted about a week getting what I needed, ultimately from a different company. in case anyone actually reads this and the company wants to make it up to me I’m sure they have my info on file otherwise I won’t be wasting my time trying to order from petflow again

The product I wanted to purchase showed it was in stock when in reality it was not. It took PetFlow a week to figure that out and notify me. That is miss leading information and indicates Petflow does not know how to manage the supply of products.

Horrible. No one knows anything within the company. My order was cancelled twice and I ordered again for the third time and nothing has been shipped. My worst shopping experience ever!

13 days delivery for cat food! I don't recommend if you need timely delivery. Other suppliers offer 2-3 days delivery with similar pricing.

Frustrating to place an order that appeared to be in stock (a prescription food necessary for management of my dog’s medical condition), only to then be told that item was unavailable. If an item is out of stock it should be reflecting that status on the website.

This is the worst experience I have had with pet flow. Most of the time I order food and I get it with in 2 days from their Las Vegas warehouse. Usually so great! But this order was a perscription food order and supposedly it is coming from Royal Canin directly. I have been waiting 2 weeks for my food to arrive. I am very dissapointed. I had to call pet flow and they said they were waiting on royal Canin to give them a tracking number. I am out of food now totally unsatisfied with this delivery service .
