I get the products just fine, but between their slow turnaround and the really slow choice of FedEx as shipper, I have to order extra early. Not convenient.

I signed up for autoship and then decided to cancel. I had to call in to cancel and at that point they offered me an increased autoship discount. I was happy about it when they mentioned it but the more I thought about it the more deceptive it felt. The only other companies I know that do something like that are the cable companies. It could have been an online coupon I didn't find that they added to my account but it made me feel like I was taken advantage of on my first autoship. The employee I talked to was very friendly and shipping time on my first order was average.

Shipping was as promised. Product was as advertised. I was disappointed, that after all the hype and coupon offers, the brand I wanted was excluded AT CHECK OUT, not before I placed it in my cart. This is a bit hokey. Be up front guys!

7 days from ship to delivery is a long time for $5.95 - standard shipping. For practically the same cost, USPS will guarantee 2-day delivery. I realize that the SmartPost Service you use is a hybrid/tandem service that uses the USPS to handle the final delivery. My consistent experience, over several years and MANY online orders, is that SmartPost is crap. Takes a long time. Tracking information shows the package usually makes a very circuitous route before finally arriving. Not just my experience - a little Googling will show there’s a ton of people who hate SmartPost for the same reasons. I’ll keep track of my next few shipments - if it continues to be crap, I’ll cancel my auto-ship order. I already cancelled my auto-ship order this summer after several years due to our favorite product not being in stock. Was hoping this second time would be better.

As I was going through the check out process I received a pop up coupon but when I entered the coupon code I received a message that stated the code/coupon had expired.

Petflow is a good company but the shipping seems a bit slow ...

Flimsy shipping. Not as fast delivery as Chewy.
