While you do well with order delivery, your advertisements are well below the margin of acceptability. As one example, you put out a 15% discount code with a lot of hype about it being a special deal, just use this code for your order. Yet when you use the code, it comes back as "expired." When I called to find out what was going on, I was told it was an old code. And this wasn't the first time either. Overall, I find the site to be more effort than reward. I am seriously looking at an alternative site where ordering is easy, quick, and happy.

I did not appreciate getting an email from ProPlan thanking me for the order from Purina. I will not feed my dogs any Purina products.

Shipping takes too long. It took a long time before my order was processed and shipped. Once it ships, no worries. Just it shouldn’t take 3 days to ship. I order Orijen. Since Chewy no longer sells it. Was hoping to have a site. That’s shipping was just as good. The site was okay, but not the best. They have a great selection. I tend to forget my dog food a lot. So I really loved that with chewy if I ordered it was fast. Pet flow isn’t fast. But they have good stuff. Since this is a priority to me. I can’t give a stellar review although I mentioned the site was fine and products were okay. A bit pricey.

I receive my pets prescription food quickly. That is fantastic. The problem I encounter, is trying to find, put in cart and checkout. There seems to be glitches on locating the correct, food type. Many times, i encounter special offers on foods, sitting on top of the items I am trying to look at, or 'do you want to chat signs,' doing the same thing. It makes it a stressful occurance and I am then not inclined to look for other pet items, because of this. It seems too busy. The last experience, I ended up yelling at the poor phone customer service person, in my exasperation. She was Very helpful, and had my items checked out in minutes, over the drag out on line, experience.

Good prices & easy to order from. Shipping is way too slow compared to Chewy.

I don't like the e-mails petFlow sends claiming a 10% discount with auto order and 5% without auto ship. Because not everything is discounted like it seems the e-mails claims. Kind of misleading, otherwise I like PetFlow.
