I came to PetFlow to get cat litter. I tried Jet first, but they could not seem to get my shipment out of their warehouse. After the third failure with them, I came here. I got what I asked for the first time. I wish it had come a bit quicker, but you delivered exactly as you said you would. It's hard to beat that. Thank you.

I used to shop through Chewy but switched to PetFlow after Chewy was acquired by Petsmart. I've been very happy with my PetFlow shopping experience--selection is terrific, and my orders arrive quickly. My one suggestion for improvement would be the ability to cancel autoship online without needing to call in to a representative.

So far so good. No issue w products or purchases. Definitely recommend
