I ordered puppy food. Shipping said one to three days. And since their head quarters was in Las Vegas it would be super fast shipping. So 2 bags of dog food plus treats with free shipping over $100. Ordered on a wednesday and tracking stated that it would arrive the following wednesday. Shipped from New Jersey to California so stupid. Tracking for Fedex was tacking forever. Supposedly it got to California and said there was a weather delay...what the heck we don't have weather in California. So by 5pm on wednesdays I went to the market for puppy food and called to cancel my order so, yep me never received any puppy food. I was told they have been having trouble with fedex..so why would ya use them. Was offered $17 off my next order...sorry but no. Will stay with Chewy. They didn't have the brand of food the puppy was used to ...that is why I went with Pet Flow. Switched to brand Chewy has. Didn't think Pet flow did right buy my fur baby.

This was my first time to order my dog's food at PetFlow. Snacks were not in a good condition and the bag was pretty much damaged. I don't want to order food again from PetFlow after looking at the delivered items.

This is the worst experience I have had buying dog food online. My prescription dog food is hard to find and I was almost out when I placed my order 3 weeks ago, I still haven't received my food. Luckily for my dog I was able to find some food locally. There seems to be no effort to solve the problems and ship my dog food. Very disappointed with the service.

I have never received any products from your company, yet once a month i have to call and cancel an auto ship...so I can be refunded 67.99. I have asked 4x to be taken off this and yet here I am again being charged for a product not ordered or ever received. I have been polite and nice. I am reporting this company to the BBB. I will have to call again today to get my refund for non-services. Hannah

website posts items as "in stock" but they are shipped directly from the supplier so Petflow doesn't actually know if they're available. I ordered prescription dog food and it was delayed and cancelled twice over the course of 2 weeks. Petsmart was able to fulfill my order same day because they keep the actual stock of the product and don't lie on their website about it being in stock.

Orders take way too long to arrive and both times I placed an order I had issues. The first time they sent a shipping notice with tracking and TOOK money out of my account, then said items were out of stock. Second time sent my cat food instead of dog food. So another long wait.

Ordered and paid for elusive canned cat food then a few days later was told item was out of stock. Refund was issued quickly, but your online inventory should be more accurate. I could've shopped elsewhere while thinking I had a shipment coming my way.

Order a much needed prescription dog food for my dog who has liver disease. I did this with about two weeks of food left at my house. After about a week, I called Petflow to find out where my food was as it never shipped. It apparently was not in stock even though the website said it was. Customer service blamed it on the marketing dept. I was livid as I needed that food and it can’t be found in any local stores. Thank goodness Chewy.com had it in stock, and was able to get it to me before I ran out. Never again will I order from this company.
