I ordered the Arcana dog food when I was running low. I ordered it in the early afternoon Friday but did not know that there was no weekend processing. Instead of Sun I got the food Wednesday, with a few semi-stressful days where I had to scrounge up things for my dog which sent his digestion off for a few days longer. I should have ordered earlier but I wish it had been more stressed that there was no weekend service, though it is primarily my fault.

The only problem I had was with delivery. I was told it would be delivered on a certain date but it didn't come until two days later. The tracking system they sent me at time of delivery kept saying it was on its way and that the delivery date was the same day. I thought someone was supposed to be at home, so waited for a delivery that didn't come for two days. By the time it did come on the third day I was no longer at the address I had given, so I still have not gotten the dog food I ordered. When I called to ask when it was going to be delivered I was told that the delivery company didn't do anything on Sundays and Mondays, so there was no way it could have come on the date I was told it would be delivered.

Your delivery is considerably slower than chewy & I tried using a coupon from email & could never get it to work.

Easy to shop and order, but as compared to other online dog food purchases, shipping is awfully slow. Unfortunately, I can't get my new dog food with the other company or I would surely return to them.

PetFlow's shipping boxes suck. My order took 5 days to get here. PetFlow included $12 in tax on a $162 order.

My dog's food has not arrived 3 weeks after ordering due to problems on the delivery end. I asked for a refund and got one with apologies for being frustrated. The exchange was polite, but frustrating. I had to drive 2 hours in rush hour to get food for my dog. PetFlow was not convenient.

Let me start with the good: I love having the large bags of dog food delivered at my door. The bad: canned and bag dog food ordered together just means a torn bag of dog food. The ugly: I can't get the coupon codes to work when I order, so just quit sending them. It feels like bait and switch.
