We needed prescription dog food. I reached out and stated I can take a clear photo of the prescription card I use in stores and was given an email. I sent the photo and my request was still denied because they wanted to speak with the vet. I stated my request was urgent as none of the other pet stores or online vendors had this food. My request fell on deaf ears. So very disappointed with this experience.

Three cans came cracked and leaked all of the other cans in the case. Nothing was done besides a refund of the three cans.

I ordered Ridgid tubing and who ever packed it bent the tubing into a U shape in jammed it into a square box, thank you for destroying every tube I order

About 2 weeks after I had placed my order I got an email informing me that they didn't have the item in stock and didn't know when they would and my order had been cancelled. Terribly disappointed in their lack of service.

I still have not received the dog food I ordered and paid for July 16!!!!!!!!!! Unfortunately I need to give a bad rating based on this. I am now out of dog food and will need to go out an buy some, and I try to avoid in store shopping due to Covid. This was my first order to you, I need more reliability with delivery!!! This rating does not reflect the quality of the food, as I have not had a chance to try it.

Ordered Royal Canin Joint dry dog food. Said order was processed then I received an email that it was cancelled due to the product being out of stock. I bought my dog food elsewhere and then a few days later I got an email saying it would be shipped when it’s back in stock. If it was cancelled, then I shouldn’t have been charged for this. I no longer want or need the product. Won’t order again from you, as this was very poorly handled. Shouldn’t have been able to order if it was out of stock.
