PetflowReviews of petflow.com

I order my foster dogs very special n expensive food from pet flow and so far they offer the best price and I love the free 2 day shipping, BUT that being said, they're 2 day shipping doesn't always mean 2 days. This does not include weekends or holidays n I wish I would've known that before ordering this last time. I ordered on a Friday and expected it Monday, but Monday was a holiday, so I didn't even get her food u til that Thursday, almost a WEEK later. Thankfully I had just enough to get her through, but had I run out I don't know what I would do as she is on a VERY STRICT diet and only this brand of food.

Wrong food arrived . Barely arrived in time before my dog was out of food.

I continue to try and get Against the Grain, and it is continually out of stock, so I have to purchase elsewhere.

They have products at decent prices, and they stock Orijen dog food products. However, after every order I make, they put me back on their mailing lists without my consent, resulting in seemingly endless spam in my inbox. So now after every dog food order, I have to go unsubscribe myself from their spam lists again. I've given them feedback in the "why don't you want our spam?" text box when I unsubscribe, but clearly no one pays attention to what's written there, as nothing has changed.

PetFlow has good prices and a good selection, especially Open Farm products. What I was disappointed in though was the coupon I recently received per email. There was a huge "Save 15% on one-time orders" ad along with a coupon code. When I finished my order and proceeded to enter the code, I received the message that the coupon doesn't apply to food orders. When I went back and looked at the email, the restrictions were on there, but in very small print all the way at the bottom, after scrolling through several different items. I find that misleading and would welcome clearly visible information on the validity of the coupon.

Although I have typically enjoyed shopping with PetFlow for my dog & cat needs for a while now - I seem to have lost some of my allegiance. I find that their discounts are very selective now, as opposed to the past offers. Prices seem to be the same if not over what other merchants offer. Do like the variety of dog treats!! Haven’t saved much at all using the auto-delivery program. Although I have not had the need to contact customer service lately, they have always been the best!!

Dog Food was great but delivery date got changed multiple times which was very frustrating

It takes about 3 days vs 2 days ordering from Chewy’s. The box is guaranteed to be damaged, although the bag of food has never been. I quit ordering from Chewy’s because they stopped carrying Fromm. Otherwise, I’d go with them!
