Every time I have to order my prescription diet for my dog I have to reenter all the information. If it wasn't prescription it would already be there. Also you cannot order prescription by phone. The only way you can have it saved and not have to refill it all in is to go to automatic order, and I do not want to do this. Having to either fill out all the information which takes unnecessary time, or not order by phone is very irritating. Seriously considering ordering from another company.

Each time I order a case of cat food, at least half of the cans I receive are seriously dented. The shipping cartons are too big. They don't fit the food cartons and they don't use proper or sufficient packing material to keep the food cartons from getting tossed around inside the shipping carton. In my most recently received shipment of two cartons of cat food, there were four pathetic, under-inflated plastic pillows stuck inside the shipping carton. Of course, most of the cans were dented.

I purchased Orijen dog food and also Orijen cat food from this store. I think the products are excellent. My issue is as I soon as I got a sale notice from Pet Flow for $1.99 I responded and they were All Sold Out. I definitely had the impression this was a ploy simply to get me to their site.

I tried twice to order from PetFlow and the fact is, the shipping is just too slow. I don't order dog food 7 days in advance. I'm used to picking it up when I know I'm running out and both times I've ordered from here and it has taken a minimum of 7 days to arrive. When there is such a thing as Amazon and getting your delivery in two days - 7 days just doesn't cut it. Sorry PetFlow - going back to Amazon.

I was not happy with the quality of the product I received and they made me lay for shipping fee.

I tried to call customer service and could not get an answer as i just wanted to reorder my last order. So i went online and could only fine two of the flavors of canned wellness i wanted. The delivery again was in large boxes that were just about falling apart. cans are dented too.

I ordered prescription diet on a Wednesday. I had about a week's worth of food left so cutting it a little close I know. 15 minutes after placing the call I got a call from the site trying to upsell me on a subscription service. The following Monday I got an email saying that my vet hadn't returned their FAXED request for a prescription. I was especially surprised since I didn't give them a fax number! I cancelled the order and just bought it locally. If they'd been as eager to verify my subscription as to upsell me, I guess I'd still be a customer. Talk about missing the point!

The only way to get a hold of someone is to call them on a phone. I do not wish to speak to anyone and rather email them instead. I do not like that I cannot remove my credit card information, close my account online, or even cancel my program..As far as prices and delivery is all great, just bad customer services on online account. #2907999
