Besides the fact it took over a week to verify my pet's prescription; my ordered was cancelled because the item went out of stock. Unprofessional and was too much work on my end for nothing.

Are you kidding?? I ordered the products and paid for it. Two days later I get an email stating that none of it is in stock. Never again!

Order didn’t get sent on time. My dogs tan out of food on the mean time. Not reliable

It has been 2 weeks and still no email even after I called customer service and they said they would send me an email about why my order was late. IF I receive it will be shipping it back because I ordered another one just like it on Amazon.

Even though I had a confirmation and order number, my order cannot be located and now the food is out of stock. When speaking customer service, was basically advised too bad.

Poor communication. Website had false information regarding availability of the purchased item. I waited for over nine days without any contact. When I did contact I was told the warehouse was told to ship immediately- obviously that didn’t happen. Really sad, was waiting for a medicated dog food for my senior dog who ultimately suffered due to their inability to complete a simple order.
