Nice selection of products at fair prices. Everything seems to ship timely. Would give 5 stars, but the packaging for shipping is not always well done and canned food is always dented when it arrives.

The only thing I don’t like is shipping time not as good as the other company I ordered from but they don’t have the dog food I want now.

Petflow is a great company. I ordered a few things from them including a prescription order, and it was lost in transit. Not petflows fault but fedex’s fault. Anyway I contacted the company ASAP and they quickly sent me another package.

PetFlow had the food we were looking for. The coupon was super helpful.

My only complaint is that the website changed the estimated delivery date 3 times. Other than that, they had a great price, and the product arrived well packaged, no damage or anything negative whatsoever. Will return to buy again.

Great website. Items ship fast. The only issue I have had is with sale emails - the email will say the discount is “site wide” but then the fine print will say it is not valid on food. They have a large selection of food on the website, so this is very misleading. I don’t think the sale should be labeled as site wide if it excludes a large part of the site.

I canceled this order because I have purchased dog food from a pet store. I do plan to buy this brand in the future, after the other food is gone. I understand Champion pet foods is being purchased by Purina. If that is the case I will be buying this brand!! I wish I could get a small bag to try. Thank you
