Have ordered quite a bit from here, good selection. I've had no problem with ordering dry food but I have gotten open Farm dog treats that were hard and stale and we order Royal Canin Beauty canned food and even though the date is in date on the can it's July of 2018. that date should be longer because I can get cans in the store March of 2019 . I order from petflow for the convenience and buy by the case so I don't have to travel an hour to the nearest supplier, but I would like to have newer food and longer expiration date so I know the food is fresh.

I love the selection at PetFlow but I do not like that I have to sign up for auto-ship in order to use a discount coupon code. I shop around for the best price on my pet food. I do not want to be forced into continuing to buy from the same retailer. That is not fair.

Delivery was a day later than promised. Prices are... Meh. Probably going to look for a different service... But I might give them another shot.

Pet Flow ships quickly but need to monitor their products better. After ordering the Sweet potato beef hooves (5) most of them developed mold on the sweet potato part (these were unopened BTW) so after contacting customer support I agreed to replacement only to receive half of them unusable because of mold already present.

Your shipping is very slow from when I place an order. I came to you because you had product I couldn't find on Chewy. Now it's there. I'll go back to Chewy because they ship immediately. Its impressive!

Great online service. Your site needs to offer promos, discounts, and rewards programs for Fromm dog food.

Too expensive. Misleading when say that there are products 10% off. Get on the website, the 10% is autoship.

Prices for Rx cat food are higher than they need be
