Your company did nothing wrong great job getting it here so fast. Either ups or fed ex or who ever delivered the dog food left it out in the rain it got all wet and no good the food was also stale with a bad smell

It was a problem using the web site. I do not think the products were worth the money I spent. I can get better quality for value in the Pet Store

Seemed like creating a program would be a great idea - recurring order for things that I need each month for my 2 cats. I set up two of them but after a few months I needed to cancel one. Well as easy as it was to set up, it was a pain to stop. You can set up a program on line but you can't cancel it online. You have to call their call center, wait on hold, and then deal with a rep who's now trying to change your mind. Ugh - seems like the the people who set this up are big fans of gyms with their lockin fitness contracts. C'mon guys - you can do better than this. Be about your customers and they will be about you.

I ordered dry cat food and wet cat food (Natural Balance) on sale from PetFlow. The order was confirmed, and the dry food arrived on schedule. But a day after the confirmation, I got an email from the company saying that after charging my credit card, they found the wet food was not in stock. The company has promised a refund on my credit card account, but I don't understand why they don't check their advertised supplies before charging credit cards. It also would have been helpful if they'd offered me the option of some other cat food at the same sale price I'd already paid.

The only reason I bought Wellness Simple dog food from PetFlow was the 25% off coupon offer they emailed me. I entered the coupon (did a cut & paste so no chance of error) but was charged full price at check out. This will be the last time I buy anything from this on-line merchant. Buyer beware!

I would like this company a lot but every time you need to return something they charge large fees for "restocking" or whatever stupid excuse they give for taking your money. I won't be shopping there anymore.

Too long for shipping. Placed order on line. Waited 3 days to find out they didn't have the prescription yet, had my vet submit one and still waited for delivery. Called numerous times, to check on order. No one at pet flow reached out to me. Got half the order, and waited another 4 days for the balance. They say because it was coming out of another warehouse. I know this review will be pushed aside, just as I felt I was, being a customer of petflow!

Never got my order not sure if this is a real company or not
