I feel like the arrival took too long. Almost a week

Good selection and prices, fast shipping too. My only real complaint is with packaging, every time I have ordered bags of treats with my dog food order the treats end up smashed by the bag of food. I have pretty much stopped ordering the treats because I’ve had to throw away so many bags! Seems that additional packing material would help to protect them.

Honestly, the product was well packed, but the delivery time was too slow. It is a good thing I was not all out of product.

I decided to try PetFlow because when Chewy was bought by PetSmart they began charging tax. But, as it turned out PetFlow was bought by Phillips and they too charge tax. Oh well. That in itself wasn't the problem. I'm in a one-day shipping zone yet it took 3 days to get my order. That never happened with Chewy, not ever. So, since my order is an identical price at both PetFlow and Chewy, I'm going to go with the company that has proven it can ship my dog food in one business day.

40 lb. bag of litter and 15 lb. bag of food in the same box, + two small bags of treats...Too much weight for one box to hold and too tightly packed.. The bag of litter split open in transit. I fortunately only lost a small amount of litter. Food looks to be in good condition. I'm not sure I'd purchase both items together again.

For some things, you limit the number one person can purchase. I tried to switch all of my business to you when Chewy was bought by PetSmart but this, plus the lack of selection I like (no Best Bully Sticks, you don't carry my immunity boosters, etc.), you now only get my food business. (And the "reading material" included in each purchase is unnecessary, can be viewed as offensive to some customers, and is a waste of paper -- not friendly to the environment.)

I love them but I'm trying to cancel a double order I did for repeat send and I have to call them to cancel it.

I had to wait 5 days for my food. Website says “fast” delivery for dry food, says usually “2-3days”. This was my first time using petflow so I called to clarify expectations and was told that their warehouse is only mon-Friday and the warehouse was probably backed up on Friday so they held my order till Monday to shop. They should state on website “orders past x time on fri will not be processed till mon.” Was told on phone it’s best to order it early. So I ordered on Friday 2pm and didn’t arrive till Wed afternoon. Yep I ran out of dog food.
