PetflowReviews of petflow.com

Tried petflow because we got a voucher in the mail for a certain percentage off, if I would of known it was going to take a week for the food to get delivered I would of went with our regular wag.com, order comes the next day. From petflow.com I got a tracking number relatively quick but the status stayed on "shipment label has been made" for like 3 days. Not sure why it took so long to get delivered must be far from a distributor or something, but waiting that long is a deal breaker for me.

Ordered dog food on February 4, got a confirmation saying it will be packed and shipped on February 5, never heard anything until I called on February 9 was told would ship soon, just received confirmation of shipping on February 16, had to run our and buy more food since I was expecting the food a week earlier. Still haven't received the order as of February 17.

The timing of order my was was messed up....I called in to correct it...customer service acted like it was no big deal

incompetant staff. Took weeks to only get vet approval. Unable to even send a fax to the right number.

I recently ordered 10 twelve inch bully sticks...they were very thin and small and I was not happy with the purchase...The shipping seemed a little pricey, but i figured the size of the bully sticks would make it worth it. I have six dogs and the bully sticks were so small, i couldn't even give them to the larger dogs....not happy at all!

took over a week to get my order, don't think I will order again.

I placed an order with PetFlow and about three hours later someone called trying to get me to sign up for their auto-delivery program. I clearly told him no but later that night I received an email stating that I was on the program. I didn't like the first call to begin with and I certainly did not appreciate being put on the auto-delivery program when I told them more than once I was not interested. I cancelled my entire order and will not do business with this company.

Sent a request to cancel scheduled shipments but instead of cancelling it they just ask me why and still have the shipments on schedule.
