Shipping is very slow...it takes days to receive items.

Glad they carry the Acana food I prefer, however the delivery has gotten slower and slower. I was getting my food 2-3 days from my order. This time I ordered on a Wednesday, was supposed to be here on Saturday, but received an e-mail stating delivery will be on Tuesday. Almost a week! that is totally unacceptable. I will now have to go to my local pet store that carries Acana (yes it is available there, but I prefer delivery) and buy another bag. By the way, the local pet store you support (World of Pets) on your website does NOT carry food. Get consistent 2-3 day delivery and you would get 5 stars!

Look at the way chewy.com lists the ingredients of the food it sells. Individual pets have different nutritional requirements. I have a ca that must have a reasonably low fat diet. If I order a food from you that I haven't used before, I have to go to another website to check the fat content.

I used to use chewy but they stopped selling Acana. I've bought twice from Petflow and both times my delivery dates were delayed due to "out of stock" and was shipped from somewhere else. Causing me to go to the store & purchase a bag until? I think I will just go back to buying in the store. Being disabled it's too much stress for me to not know if it's coming.

Advertised site wide discount is not site wide. I finally found a food my dogs sensitive stomach can handle. I tried all the top rated brands and Fromm dog food has been tolerated the best but no discount can be applied, Ever!! Of course it’s also about the most expensive food out there

The bag of dog food was busted inside the box when I received it and the box was in horrible shape. It looked like someone dropped it off a cliff.

The item were shipped very quickly but twice the sent the wrong items.

I placed an order to my dog sitter's house because I was going out of town for 3 weeks. Well, most of my order arrived, EXCEPT for the dry dog food that was sent to my house. She got all the other items. She had to give him the canned food (we normally mix it in with the dry) and it was not cool. I don't know why some was shipped to her and another part to my house, which happened to be the most important item. That sat on my porch for like a month. not cool .
