Wish that the customer service can be honest in terms on when the delivery schedule is, I had ordered a large amount of products and going out of town for business and customer service promised to deliver before my trip but ended up with 7 days later delivery Thank God I have a good neighbor who can receive the package while I was away With fedex and ups as shopping co, they can guarantee when delivery will be, so when customer service knew the product wouldn't get here on time , the least petflow can do is to pay extra for 2 day delivery service Chewy.com is guaranteeing 2 day delivery , I will try them next

I was excited to submit my first order with PetFlow, and was eager to try a good, "healthy" dog food brand for my lab. After encountering issues with submitting my order online, I was finally able to get it processed and the order came in a timely manner. HOWEVER ... the dry dog food that was sent to me was EXPIRED. It had an expiration date of Aug 2014. I immediately called customer service, spoke with a gentleman who was kind enough to send out a new bag. And guess what ---this second bag is EXPIRED AS WELL. Same date of Aug 2014 expiration. I would like to request my money back. And will be calling customer service again. This experience is very disappointing as a first-time customer. There should be better quality checks on the product they are sending out to their customers.

I ordered Iams Lamb and Rice cat food from PetFlow.com and they sent me Original flavored Iams cat food. I have a cat with a sensitive stomach and the Lamb and Rice is best for it. I am not a happy camper.

I usually love Petflow, but recently they had a promotion of a sample product for $1.99. When I went to see how much the shipping cost would be on the product, my viewing the screen immediately purchased the item with my credit card number they had on file. So I paid $6 in shipping for a $2 product - insane. Be careful with their "cart" service - it doesn't give you steps like normal sites.

I recently bought bully sticks and actually looked up my past order. When I received them they had a made in India label on them. I was very disappointed and called to not only return them but to complain. they did take them back for full credit and apologized. But I was also told that they did not say made in the USA. I said that they also did not say proudly made in India. enough said.

I have ordered canned cat food-Evo brand. I am very disappointed in the quality of the several orders I have received from your company. I am seriously thinking about switching back to my previous source. I don't want my cats eating tainted food. About 80% of cans are damaged in shipments I have received from you.

I have not been happy with the auto ordering with pet flow,they sent me the wrong flavor with my last auto order,then sent a case of dog food I did not order,and now when I want to cancel my auto order I cannot do it on line but have to call them.

I've purchased from PetFlow before and haven't had any issues. When their coupon code didn't work this weekend, they basically said, sorry about your luck, here's a coupon for your next purchase. That just doesn't sit very well with me. Who knows if the next code will work? The only reason why I even made a purchase yesterday was for the free shipping code. I'd really like to cancel the whole order, but it's already been sent to the warehouse. Whatever that means. It's frustrating to say the least.
