False stock availability

1 star says it all. Your inventory and lack of information to customers and your own customer service representatives leaves them and us both in a fog. You put us through a long list of required information for NOTHING! DON'T WASTE MY TIME.

Order was accepted and took over a week to contact me letting me know they canceled it due to supply issues. Difficult to get timely answers to questions via customer support.

I have never been more disappointed in a company! Despite placing my [auto] shipment order 1 month ahead of schedule, Petflow made mistake after mistake after mistake. They told me they had prescriptions on file for my cat only to find out they did not, they continually had the incorrect vet in their system (blaming a system error) for my prescription, kept contacting that vet about a prescription for a pet that died in 2017, even sent email confirmation for shipment of an order that never left the warehouse and were completely incompetent in obtaining a prescription despite daily phone calls to Petflow for 2 weeks. I've asked to speak with someone in upper management, but still awaiting a callback. This isn't the first time I've had problems with Petflow and therefore would never recommend this company to anyone.

I was never notified my order had been canceled due to fraud?!?! I only found out a week later when I called to check the status. I do not trust to order from them again right now. The rep who answered was a bit cocky and could not provide me any further info other that fraud; and that I should try to enter my order again. Apparently I was supposed to get an email stating the status of my order and I never received it, nor could anyone provide it to me.

I placed an order of puppy food got confirmation email and had the funds taken off my credit card, I never got a email for shipping so 2 days later I call and find out they canceled my order without ever notifying me even after they charged me for the order and if I hadn't called to check on the order I would still be waiting on the puppy food! What happened was when I placed my order and paid for it they had the food but obviously they sent my food to someone else and ran out of product so they decided to cancel my order, I have a 2pd pom puppy that has been sick and this was the only food he would it so when I found it IN STOCK on their website(Hills Science Diet chicken&vegetable stew for puppy) I quit looking for it, now I am scrambling trying to find him food, matter of fact if Hills Science Diet is going to allow this to happen to repeat customers of not only my other pomeranian but my German Shepherd as well eat Hills Science Diet I will just switch brands for all of them! Purina Pro Plan you just got a new loyal customer! Poor service won't ever order from Pet Flow again.

This has to be the most unreliable company! I’ve tried ordering my dogs prescription food from here twice. They do have a prescription from my vet and I do have it on auto ship. That being stated; I’ve never received my order. I’ve made multiple phone calls and all I get are excuses. It took them 9 days to send an email to me letting me I would not be receiving my order because the food is out of stock. The worst part, when I ordered it, it was in stock.

Placed an order that never arrived. When I checked on my order, I was told due to a possible fraud security issue my order was cancelled. While I appreciate my credit card being protected, i received no notification that the order was cancelled.
