Purchased an S-shaped cat scratch board and was trying to duplicate what I had......I know there are several styles of this product available all over the internet, and I did my research to find what appeared to be an exact match for the previous unit my cat has scratched to death. It's a fine pet accessory ...just be aware that the picture online does not represent the actual item being sold!

Can’t spell my name correctly in your emails. Got my address wrong somehow. Food came 2 days after expected delivery date. Charged me more than I expected. Advertised 61.99 and paid 66.00 thanks....

too bad that Pet Flow (like other suppliers) chooses to not carry brands that I buy on a regular basis - latest example is your dropping Full Moon! Also your prices for certain brands varies greatly at times - which forces me to divide my order between other suppliers - would be nice to see consistency!

Pricing was reasonable but shipping experience was horrible! Partly FedEx’s fault, but won’t shop at this site again. Have never had so many problems getting a delivery from an online order. The upside of the experience were the friendly customer service reps who did their best to remedy the situation to no avail. Ended up having to run out of the house at 8:30pm the day after the delivery was promised to find my dog’s food (not a common brand). I received nothing but a refund and a 4-day late delivery after I repeatedly had to call both them and FedEx.

Taking too long to get food delivered. Chewy is more reliable for turn around time

I came to you after Chewy no longer was able to carry the products I buy for my pets. Chewy had a much quicker and seamless check out process. It always remembered that I had the box checked NO THANKS for repeating orders. I could do 2 clicks and my order was on it's way. I also resent the multiple emails. Please change me to minimum and I will NEVER do repeating ordering so please cut those ads out. Happy to get ads for my brands. Otherwise I appreciate the trust the brands I buy have placed in your company and I plan to continue with you for now. Thanks for asking for customer feedback! Karen Reed

The cat litter was open at the top on both sides, spilled all over the inside of the box, and was coming out of the box when it was delivered.
