Dog food arrived with the bags FILTHY. Literally, all 3 (12 ln bags) looked as though they’d been stored outside or in a barn. Couldn’t you have at least cleaned them off? I realize the food inside is fine, but we bring those bags in the house and Fromm bags food is stored in the bags Disgusting. Chewy never sent food in that condition.

I gave three stars mainly because I ordered my dog food and not only did it take FOREVER, but I bought the same food i buy all the time, Fromm natural dog food. Well for some reason, and not sure why, NONE of my 7 dogs (2 Boxers, 5 Pugs) would NOT touch it, except my younger Boxer, who until now ate EVERYTHING, and he's the one sick, the others would go smell it. After about almost 2 days, i noticed everyone wasn't eating and my younger Boxer, has been vomiting since yesterday, so he's going to vet if continues on today. .. so I don't thinks it's PetFlow, unless bags were expired and I trusted someone to help keep my dog healthy with the expensive food. I'm just hoping we don't have a problem... I wish I would have kept both bags, but I dump food into Sealed Food Container, and my husband threw them away.... There is NO RECALL on Fromm, I hope. Will be researching it today. I'm not sure who the problem lies with, but very unhappy with this whole deal. I will be contacting Fromm as well....just beware for now.

I was VERY disappointed to find out that you cannot cancel autoship online and are forced to make a phone call. Autoship was giving me a decent price and I liked the convenience of it being delivered, however they just built a petstore near me that carries the food I use for my dogs at a cheaper price and since Petflow's cost has steadily creeped up and is now around $10 more per (2) 15 lb bag order since I started having it auto-shipped 7 months ago..this is now the more expensive option.

Sent the wrong item canned when it should have dry and vice versa several times. Will not order from them again.

I am neutral at this time. Did one order and thought I would get 10% coupon discount, but didn't. Had to order more than I need to get free shipping which is offered by others. Jury is out will see how next order goes. Shipping was good.
