I am a very loyal customer but I am 63 years old and you put everything into one box I can''t get it in the house by myself. I think you should consider the weight of your packages. I have started order less at one time in hopes that I will be able to get the box in the house. Also, when it comes to scheduled dog food deliveries, well those are a forty pound nightmare. Otherwise; I am very happy with your products.

Orders have been accurate but incredibly slow shipping out. I will order again.

Aparently my order was a fluke in the system, but I had to call to make sure my order got to me. Once arriving everything was great. I also got a great deal on my food!!

1.I had asked my account be marked to make all deliveries to the breezeway door by the garage and I continue to receive the packages on the top of my stairs at the front door. 2. I always shopped from you until you stopped giving general __off on food purchases. Now I shop other companies for the cheapest price. 3. Being an individual over 60 years of age, your company has no concern as to how heavy the packages are which are many times unmanageable by mysef

My first shipment was disappointing as multiple cans of dog food in a case were too badly damaged to risk using. The exterior package and interior packing were intact so it was not the shipping company. I contacted customer service which asked I photo the 4 cans and would get a refund toward my next order which I’m not sure there will even be a next order.

I found stuff for my cat and dog but I wish they had stuff for guinea pigs and other small animals
