Seemed foolproof when I set up auto ship for my dog’s prescription food. Delivery was quick and packed safely - arriving in perfect condition. Second auto ship was pushed back and never arrived. So was the third. No notification. No explanation. This is FOOD. The only food my dog can eat. Turns out the food is out of stock indefinitely. Would have helped to have a heads up before I wasted so much time just waiting. Better communication would have been useful.

I received a timely notification that any changes necessary to my automatic order would have to be made by a certain date and my shipment would arrive around Aug 26th. Nothing arrived, no notification of any sort, I then called about two weeks later and when the customer service person checked my order she said it was in back order ~ I WAS NEVER INFORMED OF THIS. I told her to cancel the order and I will never order from you again.

After letting us know our dog food would ship that day, we were informed 2 days later that the food would never ship and the order was canceled. Customer service basically said they couldn’t help.

You allowed me to order dog food that was on backorder. You then waited one week to email me telling me it would not arrive due to it being in backorder. Perhaps in the future label items that are actively not in stock to be labeled as such.

still waiting for my complete shipment 16 days after ordering, FeDEX is NOT a good shipper.. They are not competent, FEDEX should be reimbursing me for a refund at least in part for screwing this up so bad... Love PETFLOW, never had this issue..

I attempted to buy dog food from this company via their website. As I navigated through the purchase, there were coupons that they displayed that applied to my order. When I put in the coupon codes, the value of the coupons were deducted from the price. I agreed to the fnal price, which was better than their competitors, and when I clicked 'Buy now", the total for the purchase was higher than what was agreed upon. I called customer service and she stated that it was only one coupon per customer. She didn't know why the coupons were originally accepted and again said it was one per customer. I quickly canceled my order and want no part of this shady company. I only wish I would stop receiving emails and text messages from them after I unsubscribed to both. Stay far away from this company.

I placed my 1st order and it was cancelled because it was out of stock even though the website showed it was in stock.

You can’t give me a delivery date but you want a review. This will be my first and last order. Typical. Take my money just fine but then play games for days/weeks about delivery.
