Petflow has the best online prices for the items I need. They also promptly take care of any customer care issues.

I love the online convenience and would give 5 stars except one thing. I do not like "membership" discounts. Just provide the best price you can and don't force people into subscriptions. It's just one more thing we have to manage.

I have been a customer for many years now but it seems in the last year or 2, the turnaround time for an online order simply isn't as quick as it used to be. Sometimes it's a good 3-4 days to get confirmation my order has even shipped when it used to be same day or the next for some reason. I hate to even bring up the name, but if I need something fast I order from Chewy rather than PetFlow. If I have a good week that I can wait, then I order from PetFlow.

Great Product Great Dog Food and my dogs love it

Product arrived in good shape. I'd give five stars except that it seemed to take an excessive amount of time in tracking for FedEx to pick up the product in Easton, PA (4 days) for delivery near Philadelphia (<75 miles away) 6 days after ordering.

Always satisfied with the brands and the variety of products, but two orders in a row had to be shipped from a different warehouse, causing several days delay in my receiving the order. I now plan on that and order well in advance of when my girl needs more food or treats. Other than that, no issues whatsoever.

Very good for the most part. Orders deliver fast and are in good condition. However, one last order they had sent a case of wrong flavor. Good thing my cats didn’t reject the food. So I didn’t bother returning.

Great service, except for the delivery of the wet dog food in the cans not all of them, but quite a few are crushed
