I waas disappointed that the food i ordered was delivered 1 week late. You did send an email that it would be later than the 2-3 delivery originally promised after i ordered, but an extra 7 days is a bit too long. Thye biggest problem was the condition of the cans delivered. I have a full case of damaged cans, I mean damaged cans: Deep dents, severe crimping, slightly opened. I won't open them for fear of mold or other problems with the food. I would like to know if you will re=imburse me for that food. I will send pictures if you wish. Let me know. I ordered Fromm Gold dog food and got it quickly. But I went to the pet food store and ordered another bag of the very same and it was half the price as the one I ordered from PetFlow. I won't be ordering it from PetFlow again. Shipping was over $5.00 also.

Products seem comparably priced to my usual online pet retailer (Chewy), and they still offer Rakuten cash back which Chewy has eliminated. Also got a very nice introductory offer on some pricey vet prescription cat food. However... To get the offer, I had to set up a subscription. The longest you could get was a few months, where Chewy lets you go out as much as six months. My vet advised that I may not need to feed my cat the expensive prescription diet permanently, so I went to cancel the autoship. Piece of cake on Chewy, but at PetFlow you have to call them to cancel, at which point you have to explain why, and get pressure to join another program. Did NOT like this. Doubt I'll shop there again.

Was given a next day delivery date but didn't receive till third day after order placed.

Food cans were all dented

Had problems ordering online because of a technical glitch, but called and my order was placed by customer service. Things would have been much simpler if I could have uploaded the prescription directly to my online order. After a couple of days trying to place the order and finally having it done, I received an email that the order was canceled because of supply issues. Two days later I received a message that my order was indeed being shipped. Miscommunication happened but in the end, I got the order.

The price point is great but the shipping took longer than expected.

The product was awesome quality as always. However, shipping time was horrid! I had to find alternate food for my pets simply because my delivery took so long. I was so disappointed.
