When PetFlow informed me that one of the two varieties of canned food that my cats love was being discontinued, I didn't know what I'd do to replace it. But the rep who shared this information with me - Miranda - emailed me three suggestions of similar flavors for my cats to try, and what other company would ever do that?! I found those locally and was thrilled that the cats liked two of them. Miranda offered to help me replace them in the autoship order and offered me a higher autoship discount because these cans are more expensive than the other variety. Customer service is stellar and I appreciate the extra mile Miranda travelled for me. I've been ordering from PetFlow for years and am a very happy customer.

There were some problems with my recent order that made it impossible to obtain the item I requested. But your customer service was very attentive and made every effort to overcome the problems. It wasn't their fault the supplier didn't have the item. In the future, I would be glad to place another order with your company if only because your customer service people did such a good job.

I had been ordering specialty prescription dog food from another pet supply store, but they seemed to be always out when I needed. I started looking for another supplier and happened to come across PetFlow, so I placed an order with them and they have provided great customer service. I’m a happy customer.
