Great food and convenient

I had a close call with dog collars that were not quick release. I am grateful PetFlow has quick release collars in stock.

Every time I have ordered dog food, I have never been able to use the discount because it was for a different brand. So the lure of a discount for me is not that big of an inducement. If you going to offer a discount, make it good for everything you sell.

My only problem with petflow is that you should ship food within 2 days, waiting 3-4 days to receive the food is too long. Except for above, I can find almost any anything for my pup.

Great prices and specials but don't expect to get your order as quick as say Chewy or Petsmart. Took about a week so plan ahead!

I have been a customer of Pet Flow for a long time. I love the fact that I don't have to go pick up 40 lbs bags of dog food and load them in my car and bring them home. I use autoship and it is very easy. The shipping is quick, and the food is always in stock. The prices are great too! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because I bought a bag of food that was making my dog sick and they will not accept open bags to be returned.
