The site is easy to use but if you choose auto-ship you cannot cancel your program without calling them. This is a huge annoyance and inconvenience. As such I quit using auto-ship.

at almost four bucks a pound for orijen six fish, which is what i feed my guys, every time i purchase a bag i cringe. i understand that the makers of said dog food do not issue coupons for their food but as a business trying to keep their clientele happy, you ought to offer some anyway as i am paying more a bag now with you than i ever did with chewy. i see that you do offer x percent off, but your disclaimer always states * not allowed on any food products * which is wrong imo. you also charge tax which i never had to pay when chewy carried orijen. i will continue my search for a less expensive opportunity for us unless your company can make it brighter for me here.

Good prices and fast shipping. My one beef with your site is you offer coupon codes for products "site wide" so I fill out my information, go to order, only to find the coupon code has exclusions and often doesn't apply for what I want to order. That information often is not often advertised, so I find this deceptive. Overall, easy-to-use site, good selection and competitive pricing.

I love that I can get nutrisource from petflow. I started using them after chewy stopped carrying it. What I find annoying is that you offer discounts but the code will NEVER work. Over the time I’ve used petflow, I’ve used several promo codes and not one of them worked. I don’t care if you don’t give me a discount but don’t act like you are. It bothers me enough that I’ll stop using you if I find another option. I will not use autoship. It doesn’t work for me.

I switched to you from Chewy because they stopped carrying Fromm food, so I figured I would do one stop shopping & get my cats prescription diet here too. It has been consistently difficult to get approval for it, despite the fact that my vet allowed several refills. It seems that Vet Source needs an approval each time... daunting for a very busy vet office, unnecessary work for all, causing several back & forth calls from me to all 3 places & too long a delay in getting the food. It's not a controlled dangerous substance!!!! Petflow reps were very helpful in fixing the to problem...Vet source, not so much. My order was placed at least 2 weeks ago...& Just got shipped 7/3. This never happened with Chewy. That being said, petflow reps are VERY nice & went over & above to help. But it shouldn't happen like that. Too many hassles with Rx food. Just sayin'😊....Rita hoenicke

The person I spoke with was not very knowledgeable and really didn't seem very interested in helping me. Shawna on the other hand was very good.

Slow shipping continues to be a problem. Don't send me an email saying its been shipped when we both know it hasn't. Then the explanations when I call to see what is happening. If you order Monday, you might see it Thursday or Friday, but any day of the week after and it will be a week to be delivered.
