The assistant, Gabby, was so helpful. I couldn't get the text to respond for the discount, so she provided it for me quickly! Then, after I entered the code, and paid, it didn't give me the discount. Gabby responded SO fast and took care of it promptly! I can't recall having customer service this good in my 38 years of living. 😅💖

Whenever I need to talk to an employee, each one has been friendly yet professional, with a wonderful can-do attitude. And English is their first language, which makes communications a breeze. They also carry high quality dog food; I can't get my brand from the bigger online companies. Love this company.

Six of the 12 cans were dented. 4 were to the point where I didn't use them. I did contact PetFlow. I submitted a picture of the four dented cans that I would not use, and they credited my account. I was very happy with the way they resolved the issue.
