I had ordered cadet pig pizzle braided dog treats and the all had worms in them and appeared to be old. They didnt have a problem replacing my order, and hopefully these ones will be ok.

when I tried to cancel my autoship...I hit cancel. It just say there it said nothing...no thank you we will cancel...it was as if my system was froze. Ask me that is a poor way to help a customer. It made me mad. I had to go find another email and reply.....you guys really need to work on your system

Good selection and pricing, but the competition has PetFlow beat on packaging and delivery.

Suuuuuper slow shipment compared to other online vendors. If the product becomes available locally or at any other online vendor, that will be my go-to next time. That is all.

2nd time in a row with bad packaging. An entire case of cat food was ruined because the three cases were not packed adequately. Cans were destroyed and wet cat food everywhere. PetFlow did replace the damaged case in a timely fashion. They MUST improve their packaging for shipments!

I ordered two bags of dry dog food. One bag had a hole in it and some of the dog food came out and attracted some fire ants before I picked it up at my front gate. It was a rainy day and the shipper did cover both bags with a plastic sheet. So that was a good thing but the hole in the bag was not!

Good products but takes too long for shipping without sufficient notifications of when is the estimated delivery

I hate how expensive dog food is, but I love my pets.
